It depends on the agreements we setup, but you get choice of crew with appropriate credentials as required by you or your insurance. AVIRON can arrange interviews for more dedicated positions or simply schedule our qualified crews as needed for your vessel. For specialized crew like galley chefs, medical professionals, entertainment like DJs and more, we coordinate with any responsible parties to ensure required conditions are met.

Gratuity is a reflection of your satisfaction with the captain, crew, and fishing guide. It's an expected thank you for the exceptional, professional service you receive. AVIRON will inform you of the recommended minimum gratuity. If your crew's performance goes above and beyond, a tip exceeding this minimum is always appreciated.
For your convenience, we can also arrange to include gratuity in your billing, to be paid to the crew either before or after your event.
AVIRON's core philosophy is built on proactive service and meticulous planning. Though we are not a 24/7 service, we can create a custom Service Level Agreement (SLA) that includes 24/7 availability for your services and needs. We work with you to pre-plan these positions, ensuring dedicated personnel are ready when you need them most. For instance, we can arrange for captains to be on a rotating, 12-hour paid shift at the dock, ready to go, and confirmed well in advance.
AVIRON manages a variety of services - all of which have arranged payouts that are pre-loaded in advance or placed into an AVIRON-managed escrow to ensure accurate scheduling for the vessel *and* secured positions for any employed AVIRON-contracted staff. Put simply - we need payment in advance to make sure you honor your agreements, and your captain/crew/service providers are committed to being on-time and ready to work.
AVIRON does not offer monthly terms - any payouts must be prepaid or paid immediately upon delivery of services. No exceptions can be made.
